Svein Rosseland

Svein Rosseland (b. 1957) is a Norwegian visual artist whose work in camera-based fine art and sound, and  has garnered international recognition.

 

After completing his studies in fine art at Århus Academy of Art in Denmark, Rosseland initially pursued a career in graphic design. However, in 2007 he returned to his artistic roots, dedicating himself full-time to his craft.

 

Rosseland approaches his work as an exploration, delving into layered landscapes of encounters, emotions, experiences, shapes, contrasts, light, and color. His creations invite viewers to journey with him into these nuanced and evocative realms.
